?To learn production process and production equipment of Voith Paper Operations by rotation in different dept. And can operate equipment independently.
?To learn and master the products and process of Voith Paper FRS System.
?Learning Voith quality standard and put the standard into practice to improve yield rate.
?Learning professional management tools including Safety，5S, TPM,OpEx by serial training, and use these tools to improve and optimize workshop.
?Master the skill of human resources, Ensure effective management of staff including training, development and motivation.
